ABOUT ANNE-MARIE CHAPOUTON
Anne-Marie was a popular French children’s author. Born in France, she spent her childhood in Tunisia, Holland and the USA and obtained a doctorate in literature from Columbia University, New York City. When she moved back to live in the French countryside, Anne-Marie began writing children’s stories for her daughters. She published over 200 books in her lifetime; including picture books, novels and poetry collections.
ABOUT GERDA MULLER
Gerda is an acclaimed Dutch children’s author and illustrator. Her beautiful illustrations are known for their depictions of nature and natural scenes. They are vibrant and detailed and reflect the changing seasons. She has illustrated over 120 books for children and those books have been translated into multiple languages. Her work is renowned world-wide.
