This is a replacement or extra Auris Tuning Wrench, L-shape with a 5mm octagonal Star hole. It is used to tune certain lyres. Your lyre needs to be the kind that accepts the 5mm octagonal star hole/L-shape. We also have this same wrench in a longer version.
